The Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum and Oak Ridge Associated Universities have established an exciting partnership providing research-based internships available in India for U.S. scientists and engineers.

• Be a host to an outstanding Indian researcher
• Enhance quality of research and education
• Access global talent and network with Indian institutions
• Gain exposure to Indian science and culture

U.S. Host Institution will:

• Host a doctoral student for 3-6 months or a faculty member for 3-12 months
• Provide research based experiences
• Provide stipend and travel expenses
• Assist in the location of housing
• Mentor participant and integrate into workgroups and activities

ORAU will:

• Provide oversight to the program and all participants
• Facilitate the selection process
• Process stipend payments, travel arrangements, and assists with housing placement
• Provide enhancement activities for participants
